I had a problem with my latest order; they messed up my CD registration info and wouldn’t correct it. I got hung up on calls and my emails went unanswered. You know what they say, the customer is always right! They could really use a lesson from Dale Carnegie. The service was just sad, and I’m definitely getting my money back. Seriously, steer clear of this crew!

I totally recommend this company instead of discmakers!!! Sandy has been incredibly helpful during the whole ordering experience. You hardly wait at all when you call them, and they’ve answered all my questions right away. I'm completely satisfied!!

I had an awesome experience with Bison Disc. They sent my CDs over in no time, and they look fantastic. I opted for one-day production initially. However, I had a change of heart regarding my artwork and submitted a new design, which pushed back production by a day. Despite that, they still managed to deliver the CDs when I required them. Will kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I'd definitely choose them again.
